Helpful coping skills:
1.Mindful Observation: Pay close attention to your obsessive thoughts without judgment. Observe them as passing mental events without reacting to them.

2.Acceptance and Letting Go: Practice accepting your thoughts and feelings without trying to resist or control them. Allow them to come and go naturally.
