Hi, I’m Jessica! I am a dedicated counselor who is passionate about working with people with ADHD, Autism, and trauma. Drawing from personal experiences with ADHD, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges individuals face. This firsthand knowledge fuels a passion for empowering clients to navigate their journeys with confidence.

Through my relationships and my background as a Registered Behavior Technician, I recognize the critical need for comprehensive mental health support for autistic individuals. I aim to approach the needs of autistic individuals with empathy and a focus on strengths, fostering resilience and a positive regard for self. I also work closely with families and parents, providing support to help navigate the complexities of raising a neurodiverse child.

Through the cultivation of a safe and supportive environment, I work closely with clients to tailor strategies that resonate with their individual needs and goals.Overall, I am committed to helping clients build resilience, enhance self-awareness, and develop practical tools for managing life's challenges.
